Read the MetroDrive terms of service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in MetroDrive.ca courses or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Enrollment and Eligibility

Students must hold a valid G1 or G2 license to participate in in-car lessons

Students under 18 require parental or guardian consent

Accurate information must be provided during registration

Students must meet MTO requirements for beginner driver education

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required at time of booking unless other arrangements are made

Prices are subject to change; enrolled students pay the price at enrollment

HST is added to applicable services

Payment plans may be available for complete packages

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Lesson Cancellations:

24-hour notice required for lesson cancellations

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in lesson forfeiture

We reserve the right to cancel lessons due to weather or instructor illness

Refunds:

Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if no services have been used

Partial refunds calculated based on unused lessons minus administrative fee

No refunds for completed online course materials

5. Student Responsibilities

Arrive on time for scheduled lessons

Bring valid G1/G2 license to every in-car lesson

Follow instructor directions and safety protocols

Maintain respectful behavior toward instructors and staff

Complete online coursework within 12 months of enrollment

6. Instructor Rights

Instructors reserve the right to end a lesson early if a student appears impaired, behaves unsafely, or is disrespectful. No refund will be issued in such cases. Repeated violations may result in program termination without refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

All training vehicles are fully insured

Students are covered under our insurance during in-car lessons

MetroDrive.ca is not liable for injuries resulting from student negligence

We are not responsible for road test outcomes

8. Certification

MTO completion certificates are issued upon successful completion of all course requirements. Students must complete 30 hours of online theory and 10 hours of in-car instruction. Certificates are typically issued within 5-7 business days of course completion.

9. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including online content, videos, and practice tests, are the property of MetroDrive.ca. Sharing, copying, or distributing course materials is prohibited.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
